Noctis — Privacy
We work online on local and international projects. We keep data to a minimum and well organized.
Write to us directlyPrivacy, at a glance.
We’re an editorial and documentary photography studio. We collect only the data we need to prepare a shoot, deliver the images, and stay in touch with you.
What we collect from you
We collect your name, email address, and project details when you send them through our contact form. If we work together, we also collect billing details and images from the shoot.
How we use your data
We use your data to respond to you, plan the lighting, pace, and setting for the shoot, select and retouch the final images, and deliver the files. We never sell your data or share it for advertising purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and image archives on our own storage devices, with limited access. If you ask, we’ll delete anything that we’re not legally required to keep for accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Just write to us and we’ll give you a clear answer, without complicated forms. We’ll only publish an image of you with your consent.
